The defining feature of our restaurant in Fiera di Primiero is authenticity. At Sapori della Perla, traditional recipes are prepared with a few forays into typical Mediterranean flavours.
Farm to table produce and meats from the Fattoria di Michele, the family farm, are made into dishes that celebrate the authenticity of the land and the passion of our kitchen brigade.

On tastings organized by the Dolomites Cheese Route, you can taste the Botìro di Primiero, the unmistakable Nostrano or the Tosèla which has the aroma of alpine flowers.
